Support

Parks on the Air has a volunteer-staffed support desk available 7 days a week to answer your technical and non-technical questions. Simply send an email to help@parksontheair.com to:

  • Receive support for your POTA account and login
  • Receive support for using the https://pota.app website
  • Get help with corrections/removal of previously submitted logs
  • Submit bug reports for the website
  • Submit enhancement requests for the website
  • File a concern about a potential rules violation

Common Support Items

  • Parks on the Air does not provide browser specific support, however our websites (parksontheair.com, pota.app, and docs.pota.app) should all work fine on Chrome (and chrome/chromium-based browsers), Safari, Firefox, and versions of Edge released since January 15th, 2020. Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft.

  • Many user issues are solved by restarting their browser or clearing their browser’s cookies or cache, so please take those steps before submitting a ticket with an issue related to the website. Whenever possible, include specific error codes or screenshots in your submitted tickets.

  • If you have just signed up for Parks on the Air, it can take up to 48 hours for contacts made before registering to start appearing for stats and awards.
